Since 2012, Mermaid Pools has developed an outstanding reputation for construction of new pools, having been awarded the 3 pool/spa combinations at Sir Richard Branson Estates, on Moskito Island, several pools at Oil Nut Bay, and private residences on Virgin Gorda and Tortola.
Who We Are
Mermaid Pools Ltd, is a registered company in the British Virgin Islands, formed in 2014 by founder/Principal David Seffer, his wife, Sharron Seffer, and their son, Geoff Seffer, for construction, repairs and service of swimming pools and water features.
Entering the BVI territory in 2012, as Island Projects (Provo) Co. Ltd., contracting the Recreation Area beach swimming pool on Moskito Island, it was decided to form Mermaid Pools Ltd. for continued opportunities contracting in the region.

Our Team: A Reputation for Excellence
Geoff Seffer, following 11 years as a pool mechanic and eventually construction manager for Island Projects (Provo), came to BVI as construction manager for the Moskito Island project, and has remained living and working on Virgin Gorda, as a partner/director and country manager of the newly formed Mermaid Pools Ltd.
David Seffer boasts decades of experience building commercial and residential pools throughout the Caribbean, Central America and even as far as Dubai.
